Personal Biodata

Terry Marschall is a successful executive leader with over 25 years of hands-on experience leading people to create direction and vision, build effective teams, focus on customer needs and practice sound business management. As a member of the International Registry of Associate Consultants, Terry has presented workshops, seminars, training classes and leadership retreats throughout Asia and North America.

Terry has held numerous corporate and regional positions with top companies such as Target Corporation, Woodward & Lothrop/John Wanamaker, Mervyns, and the May Company. As a consultant, Terry has successfully worked with companies in the non-profit, technology, service, construction, and financial industries. Her clients have included start-up organizations with fewer than 20 employees to large established organizations with over 1000 employees.

With experience in instructional design, Terry has developed and presented a variety of programs in areas such as coaching for development and performance, interviewing and selection, team effectiveness, organizational alignment and union response. Terry has created and/or presented numerous educational programs on various topics ranging from employer liabilities to strategic HR planning. Additionally, Terry has provided extensive counseling and coaching for career planning and management. She is a certified Lominger Associate for the Leadership Architect® Suite, and a Certified Trainer of Managing Workplace Conflict with the Mediation Training Institute International. Terry is qualified to administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) as well as other assessments such as DiSC and PIAV.

Terry is an active member of numerous professional organizations including the Society for Human Resources Management and the American Society for Training and Development. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has completed postgraduate studies at Kennedy Western University in Human Resources. Terry is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) by the national Human Resources Certification Institute.
