In addition to being an accomplished consultant, mediator, facilitator and leadership coach, Cynthia has also developed and taught graduate and undergraduate courses in marketing and management as an adjunct member of the faculties at several colleges, including: Chatham College; Notre Dame College of Ohio; Carlow College; and Ursuline College. Sample courses: Marketing Strategies; Creative Management; Organizational Behavior; and Marketing for Not-for-Profit Organizations.
With more than fifteen years of diverse professional experience in environments ranging from Fortune 500 manufacturers (e.g., Ford Motor Co.) to regional social service organizations (e.g., United Methodist Homes of New Jersey), Cynthia has developed the insight, credibility, gravitas, and flexibility to facilitate transformational change at the enterprise, team and individual levels. Since client satisfaction is Cynthia’s paramount concern, all of her consulting work is guaranteed. But none of her clients has ever sought a refund. Cynthia holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Leadership and Change through Antioch University, Yellow Springs, Ohio. Cynthia holds professional certifications from: Zenger-Miller/Achieve Global; DDI; Put-it-in-Writing; and Principles of Banking. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
