Consultant in organizational development with twelve years' experience implementing more than 200 consulting projects both in the private and public sector and NGO´s. He functions as advisor, trainer, and facilitator successfully, establishing strong, trusting relationships at a high level of competency.
Associate social psychologist and certified mediator, after many years of academic experience as professor and director in different positions at the university public system in Costa Rica (UNA-UCR) where he guided key processes of institutional development, he carried out the job as consultant helping organizations to reach higher levels of proficiency, stronger competitive skills and ability to adapt to change.
His strong communication skills, ability to establish rapport with the members of a group, and the application of cutting edge methods and strategies of organizational technology, allow him to enable change in the development of participants' competencies along with commitment which result in a positive implementation.
He excels in his capacity to deal with people either within their complex organization or on a day to day situation and take them to higher levels of understanding and commitment in their processes and tasks in order to reach shared visions and to accept collaboratively the challenges of the organization. This quality is particularly relevant in organizational contexts which require change.
