Cheryl Huddleston

Cheryl Huddleston, M.A., has gained a solid reputation among clients as being exceptionally skilled in developing innovative and effective approaches to fully engage employees and results in real behavior change and bottom line results. Cheryl started her career as an internal learning and development specialist with Xerox Corporation and for the last 18 years has been consulting with Fortune 1000 companies to increase workplace performance and productivity.

She partners with client organizations to provide needs assessment, course design and delivery, and organizational consulting to enhance employee skills and solve specific workforce development challenges. Her broad range of client engagements have included the design and delivery of professional development courses to accelerate the promotion rate of key talent, to coaching global team leaders on improving communications. Cheryl leverages her collaborative approach, strong business acumen, and understanding of workplace trends to work effectively with all levels of employees from individual contributors through senior leaders, and across many industries including technology, manufacturing, and financial services. She is a frequent guest speaker on the topic of workplace diversity and inclusion, and women in the workplace.

Cheryl holds her Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from JFK University, has a certificate in Human Resource Development from UC Berkeley, and is a certified Mediator and Trainer of Trainers. She is a member of the Bay Area Organization Development Network, and Women of Color Action Network.
