Luis E. Ore is a bilingual negotiation, cross-cultural, conflict and change management consultant, mediator, facilitator and trainer. Mr. Ore serves clients by finding negotiated solutions to practical and complex challenges. He assists clients by negotiating better results, bridging cultural differences, and improving working relationships. He supports clients by improving employee interaction, building global awareness and developing cross-cultural and negotiation competence to enhance organizations' capabilities.
Luis assists US-based businesses and organizations working with Hispanic and Latin American employees, partners, alliances, providers, distributors, and customers. He helps businesses with international negotiations, strategic alliances, and foreign investment, especially with Peru and other Latin-American countries.
As an executive coach and international lawyer, Luis prepares teams for specific negotiations and facilitates international business, foreign investment, and dispute resolution processes. As a Peruvian attorney he facilitates understanding of Peruvian legal framework for business opportunities and can coordinate legal work in other Latin American jurisdictions.
Luis Ore holds a masters degree with focus on conflict management, organizational and cross-cultural communication. He received the Pelino Graduate Award 2005 from Western Kentucky University. He earned his J.D. from University of Lima, Peru, where he is a licensed attorney and a member of the Lima Bar Association (Peru). He has extensive training in negotiation and conflict management from CMI International Group, Western Kentucky University, Lipscomb University, and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
Luis has delivered training programs at, among other institutions, Lipscomb University and Western Kentucky University, teaching negotiation, mediation and cross-cultural awareness. He previously practiced law in Peru in the private sector and worked with the Peruvian government.
Luis Ore is a member of the International Registry of Associate Consultants, and is also a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, a U.S.-based professional organization dedicated to enhancing the practice and public understanding of conflict resolution. He is also a member of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, and AMCHAM - Cámara de Comercio Americana del Peru.
