Daniel Baldwin has advised governments, as well as public and private companies in various industries, throughout the United States on management development, corporate strategy and operational performance matters. He is a member of the board of directors for Workforce Florida, Inc., and has served as an adjunct professor of business teaching marketing, business management and professional development training programs.
Mr. Baldwin is a certified mediator and arbitrator handling business contracts, insurance, real estate, mortgage, finance, construction, and workplace disputes, and is a licensed mortgage banker. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and numerous certificates of competency.
Dan has managed departments of Fortune 500 firms, has turned around under-performing business operations, and is a frequent keynote and motivational speaker. After many years of successfully building business enterprises and managing divisions for fortune 500 firms, he offers his skills and expertise to organizations that are seeking to improve operational performance and to proactively resolve business challenges.
