Of special relevance to HR executives is the Dana Measure of Financial Cost of Organizational Conflict, an on-line calculator for quantifying the severity of workplace conflict. The instrument may be used to take a "snap shot" of conflict, or to conduct pre-/post-program evaluations, comparison studies between organizational units, and other applications.
Organizational assessments are offered at no cost to all HRD200 clients as an integral part of the statement of work in client service agreements.
