Who We Are
Managing Consultant, CEO
Daniel Dana, PhD, has been professionally engaged in human resources consulting since 1975. Formerly a professor of management and organizational behavior at the University of Hartford (Connecticut) Graduate School of Business, Dr. Dana founded the Mediation Training Institute International in 1985 and led its growth to become the most prominent source of training for the prevention and early resolution of workplace conflict in the world. His books include Conflict Resolution: Mediation Tools for Everyday Worklife (McGraw-Hill, 2000). He also developed two organizational assessment instruments: The Dana Measure of Financial Cost of Organizational Conflict and The Dana Survey of Organizational Conflict Management Strategies.

Regional Managers
Regional Managers, located throughout North America and abroad, serve clients in their local areas and beyond. Every manager implements HRD200's proprietary Crystal Clear ContractingTM system for establishing an unambiguous definition of client requirements and consultant performance to ensure "no unpleasant surprises."
Key specializations of each Regional Manager are listed. Drawing upon the International Registry of Associate Consultants, every Regional Manager is able to coordinate delivery of any training topic offered by the HRD200 Consulting Group, although the most qualified consultant may not be located nearby.
Associate Consultants
Over 1000 qualified professionals comprise the International Registry of Associate Consultants who deliver client services. Regional Managers ensure that the most qualified Associate is selected to match each client's carefully defined requirements. Experienced consultants are invited to apply for membership in the International Registry.
